8 Fun Facts About Me

1. I've been in the Navy for 25 years! 15 as a Lab Technician and 10 as a Nurse. My goal is to do 30 years. 

2. I've been to the Great Wall of China and yes, I jumped off a section of it.

3. I got married in the same church as my parents.

4. I was having a great hair day when my water broke! 

5. I have a twin sister, named Thea. Our names came from books my mother was reading when she was pregnant with us. Mine was from a Hazard of Hearts by Barbara Cartland.

6. Saw my first concert when I was 35. Bryan Adams. It was awesome! 

7. I graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2013 with my BSN and I said "I would never go back to school". but life changes and in 2016 I graduated from ECPI University with my MSN.

8. My son, John is by far the best thing I have done during this life time.
